   Only your child’s medical doctor can make that recommendation. Administering your child’s prescribed medication solves only 30% of the problems associated with ADHD at best. The rest of the solution requires a sound treatment program as recommended in the ADHD Parenting Success system.

You’ll build a sturdy relationship with your child that will withstand the tough teenage years ahead. And you’ll teach him the values and skills he needs to become an independent and socially acceptable adult.

   You need to buy a windup timer, wall calendar, a wall clock, and a game that teaches your child empathy. You need a token system (behavior chart) that is easy to use. (Most of them are not.) If money is tight, you can make a token system. You’ll need to make a weekly schedule and chore chart. Everything else you need is included in the lessons and videos except for a. Supplements are not required.

   It is essential to changing your child. It’s your remote control to your child’s behavior. Without it, you will find yourself bribing, threatening, and begging—all ineffective methods that cause your child to think you’re a doormat.
